INSD was co-founded by the visionary IAS officer and the first Director General of NIFT, Mr. LV Saptarishi, alongside Mr. Sunjey Aggarwal and Mr Pranav Raj Aggarwal. Nayna Jain Yadav, the founder of TenderMarks Lifecasting and Training Studio, is a name synonymous with innovation and artistry in the lifecasting realm. With over a decade of experience, Nayna has carved a niche for herself by capturing life's fleeting moments in stunning 3D sculptures. Her passion for preserving memories has led her to become a celebrated figure in the art community, earning her accolades for her unique contributions.


Nayna has been Featured in the list of 30 Women Entrepreneurs by HerCircle Initiative by Mrs. Neeta M Ambani. She has also been a Visiting Faculty for Leading colleges in Mumbai.

Nayna is not just an artist but a visionary who has significantly contributed to Vasai's cultural landscape. As the co-founder of Aashart the Gallery, Vasai's first art gallery, she has created a platform for artists to showcase their work and for art enthusiasts to engage with contemporary art. Her entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there; she went on to establish The Art Capsule in Vasai, a creative space that offers craft DIY kits and promotes the joy of making art accessible to all.

Amidst her professional success, Nayna Jain stands as an inspiring figure for balancing her career with her role as a mother. She is often seen as a role model for aspiring women entrepreneurs, demonstrating that it is possible to pursue one's passions while being a fantastic mom to a beautiful girl.

Mr.Chiraag Yadav

Chiraag Yadav, a distinguished artist, educator, and entrepreneurial coach, has emerged as a pivotal figure in the design and art landscape of Vasai. As the Director of the International School of Design (INSD) Vasai, he brings a wealth of knowledge and an innovative approach to design education.

Chiraag Yadav has been a Faculty for Design in Top Colleges of Mumbai including Bhavans College, Thakur’s College, Lala Lajpatrai College, B.L. Amlani Girl’s College Etc. Under Chiraag's leadership, the Creative Rex Institute of Art has become a leading art institute in Vasai. His vision has transformed the institute into a cradle of creativity where students flourish under his guidance. As the President of the BASSEIN ART SOCIETY, a government-registered body, Chiraag has been instrumental in organizing productivity workshops, seminars, and exhibitions. These events have become a cornerstone for visual artists in the region, providing them with invaluable exposure and learning opportunities.

Chiraag's contributions to the arts extend to his role as a co-founder of Aashart-The Gallery, the first art gallery in the Palghar District dedicated to students. This initiative has offered a platform for emerging artists to display their work and gain recognition.
In 2018, Chiraag's entrepreneurial spirit was recognized when he was featured in ENTREPRENEURS OF INDIA, highlighting his commitment to fostering artistic talent and business acumen.

Since 2011, he has dedicated himself to mentoring artists, helping them navigate the business side of art with success. Understanding the need for a supportive community in the Indian fine art industry, Chiraag founded Art Biz School. This online community is designed for ambitious visual artists who are eager to enhance their business and marketing skills, providing a collaborative environment for growth and success.

Director & Director General - NIFT

Mr. Narayan Kutty is recognized for his significant contributions to the field of education, having served as the Ex Principal of Vidyavardhini’s Annasaheb Vartak College in Vasai. His tenure at Vartak College was marked by his dedication to academic excellence and his efforts to enhance the educational experience for students.
Following his role at Vartak College, Mr. Kutty took on the position of Co-Ordinator at Viva College in Virar, where he continued to play a pivotal role in shaping the academic framework and guiding the institution towards growth and development.
His extensive experience of almost 40 years in the educational sector and his leadership roles at these prominent institutions highlight his commitment to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment for students. Mr. Kutty’s legacy in the educational community is one of passion, leadership, and a deep-seated commitment to student success.
